Mango Pie
3-1/2 cups fresh sliced mangos
2 tbsp. Tapioca
¾ cup Brown Sugar
¼ tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Melted Butter
Dough for a 2-crust pie
Combine all the pie ingredients. Roll out the pie dough. Use a 9 inch pie pan, placing the filling between two crusts. Flute the edges and trim the excess crust. Cut a few decorative slits in the top center crust. Bake 55 minutes or until brown in 425 F oven.
