A Response to Suvyakta Narasimha dasa
BY: BANGALORE CORRESPONDENT
Jun 19, 2011 BANGALORE, INDIA (SUN) The following is a response to Suvyakta Narasimha dasa's recent article, "Mumbai's Mischievous Attempt", from Dayaram das:
Dear Suvyakta Narasimha Das
Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
Hare Krishna.
It is shocking rather than surprising that the mail is sent by you (Suvyakta Narasimha Dasa). You were not present inside the Court Hall when the proceedings actually took place though you were standing outside the Court Hall. The purpose or object of sending the mail through you is presumably another fraudulent thought of Madhu Pandit Das who, it appears, is nowhiding behind you & using you. As clearly stated by the hon'ble High Court Madhu Pandit Das has done many fraudulent acts i.e manipulation of accounts, tampering with documents etc. to steal properties of ISKCON kindly read para 67 to 75 of the Judgment if you can not read the whole judgement.
In Para 67 the Hon'ble Judges conclude as under:
"Richer the endowment, greater will be the temptation to swallow the same. Under these circumstances, Madhupandit Das and his associates conspired to claim right of ownership not only over the income, but over the idol, the deity of the temple and the entire assets of the temple. Madhupandit Das and his associates had taken advantage of identical name of plaintiff society's "International Society for Krishna Consciousness" and the defendant's branch "International Society for Krishna Consciousness".
In Para 70, the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka has concluded as under:
"Further, Madhupandit Das, his wife Bhakti Lata Devi Dasi, his co-brother Chanchalapathi Das, his wife's sister Chamari Devi Dasi and other close associates cooked up reports specifying the names of these persons as elected office bearers of plaintiff society and filed the same in the office of Registrar of Societies for the first time on 21.08.2001 for the entire
period of 12 years from 1989 to 2001. As already stated these reports are cooked up for the purpose of giving life to the defunct plaintiff society"
In Para 72 of the judgment, the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka has concluded as under:
"On the other hand, it is found that the plaintiff, a defunct society, by
taking advantage of similarity in the name of Bangalore branch of defendant
No. 1 and by fabricating documents, is falsely claiming the plaint schedule
properties. There is no evidence on record to show that plaintiff society
built the ISKCON movement in the State of Karnataka and it acquired the
schedule properties."
Madhu Pandit Das, who now ably joined by Kodandrama Das, were the only ones present in the Court Hall on 6th June, 2011 when the arguments took place. When you are not personally aware of the matter, it is rather shocking as to how you would comment on the court proceeding. We know that there are lots of issues in respect of which Madhu Pandit Das has either misguided you people or kept you in dark and this perhaps is one of the instances.
You may please take personal instructions from advocate, Sri Srinivas Raghavan, who was disowned by your people for making submission without authorization before the Hon'ble High Court in the Regular First appeal 421 / 2009. Said advocate Sri Srinivas Raghavan was present in the court hall on 6th June, 2011 & who at least, we hope, will be truthful of the court proceedings, as we assume that the lawyers are the officers of the court, therefore at least in relation to the court proceedings, they will not lie.
We would request you to communicate this to Madhu Pandith Das also take truthful instructions. Though we have no hope that either Madhu Pandith Das or Kodandaramda Das would speak the truth, going by the conduct for over a decade now, we pray that Lord Krishna bestows some wisdom on Madhu Pandit Dasa and he would stop deceiving true dedicated devotees who are serving the temple.
We earnestly hope that communication will be sent by a proper persons who have personally observed the court proceedings and any misstatement by them in the nature you have undertaken, would enable us to bring the same to the notice of the Hon'ble Apex court and move for appropriate action
