It's Insanity! (A Sad Poem)

It's Pure INSANITY, what has happened to Prabhupada's REAL Iskcon
in the West, it has truly become something to protest!
Sadly it has become just a Fiscon- ($$$ oriented compromised-devotion) Iskcon.
OK, not everywhere, but it looks like certain somebodies just don't care.
Hari Bol has become HORRIBLE. From the GBC, all we get is lip service (we're lucky to get that,
mostly they ignore critics warnings, and that's tragic, not magic.)
Hey, Hey, Hey… Look the other way! As long as I get to stay and my salary pay!
I have to protect my position and hey, you're in no position!
In the old days the preachers used to joke, money is the honey, but today the joke's not funny.
It's become insanity! In and out of Iskcon!
In the U.S.A. building temples is all the new rage, yet doing the needful, renewed book distribution
revival of big Hari Namas and bhakta programs has lost center stage.......It's insanity.
For example, deviations instead of preservation, all a huge complication.
Salaries Galore to whomever won't run out the door! It's insanity.
Some devotees get big cash and it's in their best interest to protect their stash and that's insanity.
Is anyone at all minding the store, as Prabhupada's original ISKCON falls to the floor?
It's insanity what's happened to many ISKCON Ratha festivals, just an excuse to go New age / Hindu
make cash and encourage detestables, all in the name of preaching, it sounds to me like tires screeching.
It's insanity devotees end up committing suicide, as the GBC take us all for a ride.
Who do they think they are fooling inside? Not the Lord in our hearts, who does reside
It's insanity to say all is well, when the material world is going to hell.
On top of all that, Prabhupada's ISKCON is not well!
It's insanity ISKCON devotees have to compete with Rtviks and Nitpicks
and Narayana Maharaja's followers, who are seen more in the street as they're
armed with knowledge of ISKCON's Great Sankirtan retreat.
It's insanity when the huge devotee community outside has to beg the GBC
to follow Srila Prabhupada's instructions...it's insane and unfortunate!
It's insanity real ISKCON devotees get kicked out of temples while they go to the Indians
and make ISKCON HINDUIZED temples.
You allow the INDIANS TO RULE THE ROOST TO GIVE YOUR TEMPLE'S A FINANCIAL BOOST.
That's Insanity!
It's insanity that creeps into senior devotee's heads, it's a wonder they
can even get out of their beds, as they plot and devise new ways
that lets them compromise the pure devotee's ways – the Acarya's Rules
it's changes and deviations make ISKCON devotees appear to be hypocritical fools.
All the while the Temples and ''GBC pretend all is OK'', just don't get in our way!
It appears some GBC take stubborn stances as some GBC do their crazy dances.
More to control rather then to empower, they kill the flower of devotion in the heart
that make devotees special from the materialist's ways, they put innocent devotees
in a haze and discourage independent thinking, all the while ISKCON is sinking.
It's insanity that allows changes to ALL of Srila Prabhupada's books
while those who do it give excuses and may act like crooks.
Don't they care about changes in Prabhupada's books? It's Insanity!
All the while the GBC look the other way, it's a mystery to me why KRSNA tolerates this crap
and I think if it was a karmie publishing house, they would be facing a criminal rap. True Insanity!
Meanwhile the BBT allows changes, withholds Prabhupada's tapes, instead of protects wrecks and brands
ISKCON devotees outside their rule, made to look like fools and quacks... is it insane, who's playing this game?
As we devotees have no voice! When you misrepresent our Spiritual Master and we have no choice!
It's insanity, Book Distribution and Hari Namas in America/EU are way, way down
It seems that most GBC are all out of town.
It's insanity the Brahmacari ashram in the west is going, going, gone, along with
the Bhakta Program, replaced by Gujarati song.
By the way, in Berkley Temple it's become a joke, they will let in any bloke!
It's insanity that causes GBC gurus to allow any ISKCON change, compromise and even use
Prabhupada's words as an excuse to blame. For many of them just a political game, as they put
Prabhupada's good name to shame.
It's insanity to think the Rtviks will just go away, since ISKCON created them. Actions=Result.
Total insanity is the Rtvik camp, empowered by the deviations of the weakened ISKCON Gurus/GBCs
some of whom have to relearn their basic ABCs.
It's insanity the GBC allow Hinduism to rule, as money instead has become their golden rule.
It's insanity that the GBC empowers the Rtviks, Narayana Maharaja camp because
they make the guru issue a rubber stamp, all the while they allow offensive
ISKCON New Vrindaban to drill for gas, make devotees who defend
Srila Prabhupada's words on this issue look like a mess, while they put so many devotees in distress.
It's insanity to have GBC meetings that don't address these real issues.
I'm going to buy Kleenex tissues so devotees can cry and blow their noses at YOU
who have avoided the Real Issues, ISKCON faces, how can you smile while devotees cry? It's a real fry.
As John Lennon once sang, ' How do you sleep at night?' It gives me fright – ISKCON's plight.
It's insanity Prabhupada's disciples are ignored and have nowhere to speak, maybe
better we should go live in the street with the disciples of the gurus who fell down so sweet.
It's insanity to have big meetings about the Vedic Temple, while the rest of ISKCON
slides down the hill, I guess you GBCs have a lot of time to kill?
Have the GBC body no real honesty, humility as to not allow rank and file devotees to speak up?
and listen to them while Prabhupada's ISKCON looks so corrupt!
The next BIG GBC improvement is Centralization, alas they completely forgot about devotees
this will create complete isolation and alienation! INSANE!
All the while again disobeying Prabhupada's orders, `break ISKCON up into quarters.'
Are the GBC really qualified leaders? It seems
these devotees have to be watched like parking meters!
Meanwhile they are having big, big meetings about nothing at all, while Prabhupada's
USA/UK-EU ISKCON makes one big fall.
I'm Crying at the state of Srila Prabhupada's ISKCON.
We can all call it the Reborn ISFCON -- International Society for Fiscal $$$ Consciousness or
ISHCON, International Society for Hindu Consciousness,
or ISNAC, International Society for New age Con.
Power trips instead of honesty, compassion, humility and self-introspection by ISKCON managers/leaders.
The ability to listen to other's points of view, see all your faults and serious mistakes in ISKCON. Humility!
Then to do the needful...correct the mistakes. That's humility. Not Futility.
In my opinion that's what it takes for leaders to advance in K.C. and get Real MERCY.
If that does not happen, there is no good future for ISKCON.
As my Godbrother Aindra das said `A new revival Revolution of Hari Nama and book distribution'
is needed in the West (America/U.K.). Nothing else will work. Can the GBC pass the test or will they fall like the rest?
Excuse me if my words sound harsh or incomplete, but you see many years ago (1987-U.K.)
One Godbrother Temple President put me in the street… all because I would not kiss his feet!
I'm not bitter and I forgive him, BUT this still happens in ISKCON. I ask you humbly---
Is this not Insanity?
