(SUN) — The final installment in this round of the ISKCON/New Vrindaban dilemma created by the Sulocana assassination debacle will conclude with this testimony, "The Truth, The Whole Truth, and nothing but The Truth, so help you God.". The testimony was given in Federal court by one Arthur Villa, aka Kuladri das, New Vrindaban Community's General Manager (at $80,000 US per annum) and GBC Councilman at-large.

A third version of the same set of circumstances gives those examining this matter an even clearer picture of the series of events that led to one of the most significant events in the history of ISKCON, outside of the samadhi manifestation of Srila Prabhupada, and Swami Maharaj's Lila.
Clearly, these telling truths, the common points of agreement between these three individuals, those who plotted, planned, financed and executed another devotee's "transmigration to his next body", to use the then "Srila Ramesvara's" own words -- these points of agreement are understood to be facts that occurred. Whether it was paid for before or after Sulocana's departure is really irrelevant. Sulocana's murder was arranged by these leaders. With or without some presumed, FBI concocted meeting with K swa (Kirtanananda) in March, they still met for such a purpose.
Dharmatma's version has him not knowing what the money was for. Radhanath's version has him not knowing what the money was for. Kuladri's version has him not knowing. Just imagine devotees passing around bags with thousands of dollars in them, not knowing what it was all for, not even "looking in" to see what was in there, and then suddenly the money turns up as Tirtha and Tapahpunja's get away money. Who knew?
Some other devastating bombshells that seem to have escaped these eagle-eyed FBI prosecutors are these admissions by Kuladri das regarding who, EXACTLY, was involved in arranging Sulocana's murder. If these glaring inconsistencies in the testimonies are so obvious and could be so easily proven, then why hasn't the FBI done something with Radhanath by now? That's a question just now being asked by some of those considering or even re-considering their commitment to such a "pure devotee".
In his testimony, Kuladri admits that Mr. Sheldon, "along with other swamis", were responsible for the murder. I draw your attention to page 475, line 14 in the transcript in which Kuladri states:
"I know Mr. Sheldon, along with other swamis, were saying that the community had to do whatever is necessary to protect the Swami."
The key phrase here is "along with other swamis." At this time at New Vrindaban, there were only two swamis besides Bhaktipada: Tapahpunja and Radhanath. Who else could the other swamis be? Hansadutta and his gang came to NV sometime around 1984-1985 and he could have been there, but maybe not. Then again, he was not still a swami at this time, as he had returned to householder life.
All the other NV swamis were initiated after the murder of Sulocana: Vedavyasapriya Swami (1986), Varsana Swami (1986), Chandramauli Swami (1986), Radha-Vrindaban Chandra (Gopinatha) Swami (1986), Jayamurari Swami (1986), Chandrashekhara Maharaj (1986), Nityodita Swami (1986), Paramahansa Krishna Swami (1986). These swamis were initiated on June 4, 1986, at a huge initiation ceremony.
Other swamis followed: Umapati Swami (1987), Tirtha Swami (1987), Murti Swami (1987), Chakravarti Swami (1987), Dasarath Pandit Swami (1987), etc. It is doubtful that he was talking about Gopal Krsna, Bhakti Tirtha, Bhakti Swarupa Damodara, or Panchadravida.
In 1991 when Kuladri gave his testimony, after the vast surge of sanyassis created by K swa's "sannyasa everything!" philosophy, this obscured who it was that Kuladri was talking about. Knowledge of these facts convicts Radhanath by default. "Any questions or comments?"… see Maharaj at his next visit.
