Hawaii Devotee Community Petition to Remove
Vatsala Prabhu as Temple President
We, the majority of the devotee community in Hawaii, request the resignation of our esteemed Temple President, Vatsala Prabhu, and the removal of his extended family from management and from residing at our New Nabadwip Srila Prabhupada Hawaii temple at 51 Coelho Way, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96817.

Dear Vatsala Prabhu, Dandavats! Jaya Srila Prabhupada! We ask that you resign your position here in Honolulu, for the safety and security of our New Nabadwip Honolulu Srila Prabhupada Tirtha.
We thank you for your efforts and your beautiful kirtans. However your family strife has spilled over into the temple atmosphere thus endangering our ISKCON Temple, and perhaps even ISKCON as a whole.
You and your wife have been hiding a minor child from the custody court authorities on temple grounds while in a managerial position to avoid being served. We have learned from the Robin George case this is not a good idea. Now the FBI has sent investigators to our temple, thus creating another dangerous situation for ISKCON.
In addition, your outspoken Rttvik son is running the temple in your frequent absence, thus also compromising our preaching efforts in Hawaii and creating havoc by his constant stream of ISKCON Guru bashing and GBC slander.
We are an ISKCON Srila Prabhupada Memorial Tirtha, and we do not want this element to drive away new people. You have often said you can't control your family members, therefore for the sake of Srila Prabhupada's mission, we ask that you remove them all from the temple management and residence.
Our Vice President, Sundarananda Prabhu, disciple of Bhakti Swarup Damodar Maharaja, can run our temple as he has been. We have enough community members to co-operatively manage the temple services and restaurants.
