Sri Nama Prabhu Ki Jay!

BY: SUVARNAMANJARI DASI

May 29, 2011 — NEW ZEALAND (SUN) — This is in response to ISKCON Ignorance is ISKCON Bliss". After seeing through the cracks in the walls of the institution, be it a religious institution, medical etc, you have to stare the naked truth in the eye. Some may whimper and try to patch the cracks up with cheap wall filler. Others may try to demolish the entire structure. Others may leave the structure and build a new one next door...but it's the material world...all 3 are going to crack up and eventually crumble.

And as we all know, in Kali Yuga, nothing has a long lifespan...especially cheap junky toys make in China.

The article, "Sri Krsna Sankirtan was not intended to sound insensitive to the suffering of any devotee. Understanding that many, many, many devotees are suffering from emotional trauma, the article was written to try to inspire others and to highlight, that the Holy Names of Krsna, Japa and especially Sankirtan, rises above and way beyond all the problems that we all face individually and collectively.

Abuse of ones children, blackmail, mismanagement, corruption etc, they are depressing, terrible and in many instances down right illegal.

Pollution, corrupt governments, New World Orders, rapes, murders, natural disasters, wars, etc. are also depressing. When the material governments abuse us in such terrible ways, taxing us to the bone, poisoning us, raising fuel prices, when they pass laws to inject our babies with diseases, we keep going...and some don't, some commit suicide.

In the same way, if we have encountered problems in our spiritual institution because of the conditioning of leaders, peers, ourselves and just the general influence of this age of Kali, we should not commit spiritual suicide by losing faith in Sri Nama Prabhu.

Isn't this the greatest gift Lord Caitanya, Srila Prabhupada and the previous Acaryas came to give us to get us out of this hopeless mess?

There is always hope.
Sri Nama Prabhu is our greatest hope.

Overcoming emotional trauma is never easy, but clinging to the Names of God is our only saving grace.

Sri Nama Prabhu is the means and the end.

Sri Nama Prabhu is the goal in this age.

Today one may feel that another's enthusiasm is just plain ignorance, but tomorrow one may find renewed strength through soul searching, perhaps counseling, friends, family, Guru and Gauranga, and of course Japa and the congregational chanting of Hare Krsna Hare Krsna Krsna Krsna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare.

Sri Nama Prabhu Ki Jay!

Sankirtan Yajna Ki Jay!

Srila Prabhupada Ki Jay!
