Cemetery Full of Neophytes
BY: ARIJIT DAS (ACBSP)
Mar 03, USA (SUN) Please correct me if I am wrong, but my Acarya (teacher by example) never said that he would like to have his Samadhi next to Srila Bhaktisiddhanta!
What I do know is what Tamal Krishna said about our beloved Acarya, and that is; "He is an old man and doesn't know what he is saying". I heard him myself a few times. Also, Tamal was disturbed with Srila Prabhupada on numerous occasions and Prabhupada finally told him to go to China. Everyone knows that!
Srila Prabhupada was a very humble man and I honestly believe arrogance is driving this "eternal servant leela thing" now being promoted by the self-appointees. What is going to happen if this continues is in the future, people in general will loose faith in the pure siddhanta of the Gaudiyas. Who in their right mind wants to walk through a cemetery full of neophytes? And that is exactly what will happen to Mayapur if they're not careful.
What I suggest is that the ISKCON initiating gurus (or whatever they are) start their own organizations and have samadhi for themselves on their own temple grounds. Let Srila Prabhupada's teachings and temple grounds remain in pristine condition. Why spread non-sense and dead carcasses everywhere?
