Feb 22, USA (SUN) — In your self-styled "Peace Proposal", recently published on the Sampradaya Sun, you make two (of many) proposals to the GBC:
a. The GBC rescinds the resolution that system of initiation through officiating acharya system after Srila Prabhupada's Samadhi, as per July 9th, 1977 directive issued by Srila Prabhupada, is a deviant doctrine/practice.
b. GBC passes a resolution that the officiating acharya system as per July 9th, 1977 doctrine can be practiced by the IB group.
These are the heart of the discussion, i.e., is the "rtvik" system bona fide?
Apparently your group considers that some form of diksa based on the "July 9th, 1977" directive should be instituted.
So that we know exactly what you are proposing by (a) and (b) and its transcendental bona fides, kindly:
(1) describe in full detail the system of diksa that you propose and exactly how such details are derived from the July 9 Letter; and
(2) establish such proposed system of diksa with evidences according to guru (Srila Prabhupada), sadhu (previous Gaudiya Acaryas), and sastra (Vedas and corollaries).
