Foxes are In Charge of the Chicken Coups

I would like to thank Margaret for her following articles and bringing out philosophical points:
In her article "What is an Uttama Adhikari", she stated:
"It is safe to say that there are many such sincere and serious devotees all over the world serving Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu's mission and we are all most fortunate to have their association. It is safe to say that the leaders of ISKCON make their best efforts to ensure that such valuable devotees who meet the above mentioned qualifications are carefully selected to represent Srila Prabhupada and his mission."
First, Margaret has avoided replying to my point that HDG Srila Prabhupada called this process of selecting Gurus by vote as "you can cheat but it will not be effective" and results listed below prove that it is so.
Secondly, my point has been that we have to judge by the results. If "Selectors are great and Selected are also great" and both groups of devotees (uttama-adhikaris) are doing their best, then how do you explain following results:
(1) More than 90% of Srila Prabhupada's disciples were driven away or left discouraged.
(2) Thousands of disciples of self-proclaimed and rubber-stamped gurus came and have gone away.
(3) BTG distribution has gone down from ONE MILLION a MONTH in 1975 to almost nothing now.
(4) Distribution of Books, Prasadam, and Hari Nama have come to a near halt.
(5) Temples in North America, Western Europe, Australia, Latin America, and Africa have become empty or have disappeared.
(6) Child Protection Office had a list of more than 200 abusers/molesters and more than 1,000 abused/molested children, but not much has been done to abusers.
(7) More than half a dozen murders. My wife's relative's daughter was found dead, floating in a lake at North Carolina Farm around 1994. A suspicious death. I have copy of her last letter.
In her article, "Sheltering Criminals and Curing their Criminality: ISKCON'S Mandate" , Margaret states:
"ISKCON'S business is to organize mass samkirtana, the worship of the Diety, the distribution of prasadam and Srila Prabhupada's books to the masses. "
If either you, Gadadhar das, or Mahavidya das is stating that any Krsna Conscious center established by Srila Prabhupada does not shelter and guide anyone from criminal consciousness and its concomitant actions - by providing the above mentioned "cure", you need to prove that to be a fact - and to take this complaint to the proper authorities and reverse that. You insist that ISKCON does not protect women and children. Prove it. I do not see this at all."
I have no doubt that you agree with this essential principle. Where you disagree is in your insistence that ISKCON is not providing this. I can only advise that one look carefully at what the parents and leadership of ISKCON are actually doing today in this regard. I am sure you will find that the correct shelter is given and the criminal impulse of a small few finds only the equivalent of Maharaja Pariksit's determination instead."
I do agree with the essential principles. Yes, puja and kirtan are going on and prasadam (little compared to 30 years ago) is offered to guests and devotees at ISKCON temples. That has always been going on, but my question still remains -- why the results are as listed above? Get a copy of BTP (Back to Prabhupada) and on page 12, read "Their Puja Goes to Hell" – read what HDG Srila Prabhupada says about showbottle spiritualism and what Jayadvaita Swami says about present day ISKCON.
Now you are advising and assuring all of us to forget the past and look at what ISKCON is "actually doing today", and things have changed.
No, thanks. I have been around ISKCON for 33+ years. If I look at this history then results are as listed above. Look at the last five years of history, then read about the cover-up of Satsvarupa, the "Retired Guru", the falldown of Balabhadra Swami, and Mahavidya das's article, "Proof of Lies" and all the material linked in it.
Mahavidya das has been following your advice "and to take this complaint to the proper authorities and reverse that", and he cannot even go the temple now -- but Gauri das is gainfully employed for his talents.
I am from India and have been living in Texas for the last 42 years. In 1994 I was asked to go to Mayapur and present my complaints against Tamal Krishna Goswami (the snake praised by other snakes), but when I went there nobody listened.
Now for the sake of all followers of ISKCON, we request that you find out two things:
(1) truth about case of Gauri Das
(2) How much salary each devotee is paid in Bhaktivedanta Manor.
Srila Prabhupada said that our accounts must be open to at least our supporters. Tell them that and ask them to send you even one month's financial report and see for yourself how far you can go. That is the test.
You will find that "Foxes are in charge of the chicken coups", and that is why the results are as I listed above.

Janmastami Prabhu's article, "You've Got to Know When to Hold and
When to Fold" states:
"The proposal to inform law enforcement of these molesters is consistent with ISKCON's anti-abuser position, but the hypocrisy of the offer should be revealed by ISKCON's failure to follow it's own good advice regarding the prosecution of these molesters. Not only have none of these pedophiles been charged with any crimes, all the required contact information for pursuing these molesters is with ISKCON, and none of it will be made available to assist in the prosecution of the perpetrators. This is a blight on Sesa and his fraudulent ISKCON Resolve, and everyone should be aware of this. All the testimonies given by the abused youth were supposedly lost by Tamohara prabhu on his watch. No one is very surprised by these types of frauds being perpetrated on the rank and file devotees by the management level manipulators."
Did you read that Tamohar Prabhu lost all the testimonies?
In the 1980s, I heard TKG saying to the Dallas Temple President, "You back me up and I back you up and no one will complain. I do not want to spend my time in front of the Justice Ministry". Next year, the Justice Ministry disappeared.
A few years later, TKG held a meeting of his disciples to oust this same Godbrother who was Temple President. At the end of the meeting,TKG told the devotee tape recording the meeting conversations not to keep the copy, in front of everyone.
In 1994 or so TKG gave his "Cut out the tongue and kill the offender" lecture in Houston temple room. One devotee asked for the video copy of this lecture next day and he was told it was accidentally erased. One of my friends had tape recorded it and sent me the copy. Later on, Kundali Prabhu and others transcribed it. One such transcription is in the HareKrsna.com archives.
Note that TKG died, but the crooks he has trained continue to practice his teachings and tactics: Dhanurdhar, Bhurijan, Braj Bihari, Gauri das, etc.
Bhakta Eric Johnson's article, "Smorgasbord" goes into tremendous detail as to why results are different. Read it. One quote:
"Ahimsa, nonviolence, means that one should not do anything which will put others into misery or confusion. . . Ahimsa means that people should be trained in such a way that the full utilization of the human body can be achieved. The human body is meant for spiritual realization, so any movement or any commissions which do not further that end commit violence on the human body. That which furthers the future spiritual happiness of the people in general is called nonviolence."

Obstruction of justice by ISKCON leaders is putting ISKCON followers in distress. ISKCON leaders not telling the truth is putting followers in distress.
In the article, "An Open Letter to Kripamoya on Gauri's Forced Resignation", Sanak Rsi das states:
"If we take a look at the infamous Dhanurdhara Swami case, a man whose misdeeds outweigh Gauri's, we can see how over the years he received an unjustifiable amount of support from the elite of our movement's leaders, many of them GBCs, Gurus and Sannyasis."
Last, I want to describe a personal experience. Around 1980, Tripurari Swami and other devotees were distributing books at the Houston Inter-Continental Airport and called the temple to say that they were being harassed and kicked by someone. Janardan, myself, and another devotee went to the Chief of Security and explained the situation. The Security Chief said, "If someone kicks you and we do not see it, then we cannot do anything, but if you kick someone and we see it, then we will arrest you."
This is how ISKCON leaders operate. When one snake is in trouble, other snakes sing his glories, hide the crime, protect the criminal, and hang the victim.
Over the last 15+ years, children abused by Gauri das have been seeking justice, but they have been given the run around, and ISKCON leaders violate their own judgment. If the police department is filled up with criminals, then how do you get justice, and where?
Beware! Foxes are in charge of the chicken coups. We cannot buy this argument, "What ISKCON is "actually doing today".
