Visit of Fakir Mohan Prabhu
We are fortunate to receive Sriman Fakir Mohan Prabhu from Fr. July 13th – Monday 16th as our guest of honour. Dr. Fakir Mohan Prabhu is a retired chairman of the Department of Sanskrit at Utkal University, a research scholar on Oriyan Vaishnavism, a senior Vaishnava, and the authority on Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakur. In fact, he recently rediscovered the original Radha-Madhava deities of Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakur in Choti, the native place of Bhaktivinoda. He has dedicated himself to restoring that place under the auspices of ISKCON.

Fakir Mohan stays in Vrindaban during the month of Kartik and keeps Sri Sri Radha-Madhava on the altar of our ISKCON temple. He desires that "Their Lordships hear the kirtans of the international devotees" and for "devotees from around the world to have Their audience."

Annual General Assembly
We would like to invite you to attend our annual ordinary meeting on Sunday July 29th, 2012 from 11:00 a.m.
It is always very nice to welcome you and hear your suggestions for improvements in our attempts. There is some news that we would like to personally share with you in this meeting. Specifically, the following points will be discussed:
- Ms Anita Jank aka Analaksita Devi Dasi will take over the service as our treasurer and accountant with immediate effect. She has been trained since 2011 by Mr. Paul Augsburger (Parivadi Dasa) and Babak Jafarian (Bhagavat Dharma Dasa) for this duty. We thank her for her volunteer service attitude and wish her success and God's blessing for the future.
- Ms. Jank will also become the new member of our board of directors and releases Mr. Jafarian (Bhagavat Dharma Dasa) from this capacity.
- There will also be an opportunity for a discussion forum.
Anyone who is interested in the further development of Goloka Dhama and would like to design the future of the project with us is cordially invited. We will be happy to welcome you. Those who come from far away can stay this weekend in our asrama free of charge.
Your servant,
Bhagavat Dharma dasa
