It appears from the recent Rukmini devi dasi class in Mayapur, and Radhanath Swami's almost permanent big presence on ISKCON medias, that things are quite clear now in our movement. Radhanath Maharaja is one of the present ISKCON stars, if not THE star, and globally, our movement follows him very much nowadays. It has long been clear to me that Maharaja seems to be absorbed in the impersonal Brahman while speaking, at the same time, about Krsna and Srila Prabhupada. And while being very active. But Sri Chinmoy was also very active! Maybe Maharaja is not aware of this very possible reality and believes that his taste for the Brahmajyoti is actually love for Krsna. But sorry, it is not the same thing. And everything indicates that what I say seems to be true.
The issue is that Maharaja appears to draw the whole ISKCON in his wake. Our movement's big leaders look now, to want to use or to want to be actually immersed more and more in impersonalist values in order to reach their goals. As they already did in the past. But in a different way and now, in a much more accentuated one, without any shame nor restraint. Srila Prabhupada is still there, but only as a pretext for their affair. That is. of course, the obvious reason why they changed his books. Impersonalism has for them the very good asset that it looks true spirituality, especially for newcomers. And is a notion much easier to practice and more understandable by people. Much more than to imagine the pure spiritual level and world, which are so much beyond our vision. That is valid also for the big leaders.
Therefore, mixed with some Krsna Consciousness, it attracts newcomers and, at the same time, creates a real unexplained confusion in their mind. That enables the big leaders to do absolutely what they want, using for that the Sastras, the Six Goswamis, the other acaryas, etc. Maybe the leaders are not fully aware of this fact, but it does not change anything much!
So, impersonalism is like the drink, Canada Dry... The advertising was that it looked in many ways like alcohol for the materialists, but was not. Therefore, newcomers are invited more and more to drink their Canada Dry while being told that it is real Krsna Consciousness.
If we consider the highest spiritual perspective that Srila Prabhupada and the parampara gave us and which ISKCON's management is now making disappear little by little, there is no doubt that ISKCON's leaders, on cover of pleasant appearances, look to be more and more on a highway to hell. And, of course they take, voluntarily or not, people who follow them in their luggage.
This impersonalist very strong tendency manifests itself, like in Rukmini devi dasi's class, by an absolute and voluntary loss of values, both material and spiritual. We must not any more discriminate, make differences between people, etc. Let's be high and see, for instance, the criminals and their victims the same. It is so beautiful and such a proof of divine love and advancement! Let's even have more compassion for those criminals... Their victims are already so fortunate to be only their victims and not to be on the seat of their rapists, stealers or murderers! Let's give our priority to those criminals so we will attract others more and more. While the honest and innocent people will fly away. Those criminals are more in danger... This challenge is soooooooo highly spiritually situated and so exciting! We LOVE criminals because of that. And because of so many other reasons. We feel so close to them.
Therefore, everything is One and we must forget anything else. Well... it is right that in the impersonal Brahman, there are not any more values, neither material nor spiritual. The only value which remains is the one of the Brahmajyoti. Absolutely destructive! Especially in this world and when we were given pure Krsna Consciousness by the acaryas. Even the non-demoniac materialists are much more sensible than that! They keep values and common sense. Did you ever see or hear that any acarya has been "all sugar" in this material world?
Well... with the very questionable Radhanath Swami's past in New Vrindavana, impersonal Brahman is maybe a real spiritual achievement for him. He can possibly not dream better. As I know, he was offering full dandavats to a dead multi-criminal just some years ago. The issue is that ISKCON is following him.
Of course, the new acarya(s) will not come from those people! To end, I read in a comment that:
"There is at present a proposed GBC resolution that would suggest you NOT refer to the GBC body as the successors of Srila Prabhupada as ultimate ISKCON authority. Srila Prabhupada's will authorizes the GBC to be ISKCON's ultimate managing authority NOT it's ultimate authority. There is a distinction.
Srila Prabhupada remains ISKCONs ultimate authority."
Well... yes! After having changed Srila Prabhupada's books as they like and making the original ones almost disappear, I perfectly understand that the GBCs can now re-establish "the new" Srila Prabhupada as the ultimate authority, even above them! Even more if they plan to do the same with his quotes.
