Still Accepting Donations for Lalita Devi's Family
BY: YADUNANDANA PADA & PREM NIDHI DASA
Nov 6, VRINDAVAN, INDIA (SUN) Dear Yadunandana Pada and Priya Sakhi Mataji, Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
I am extremely happy that you both helped me and my wife to go through this greatest hurdle in our life.
So far we have received from Priya Sakhi Mataji Indian Rs. 25,000/- and she has been very helpful in all respect. She even overworked and was sick herself but now she is ok and back on the noble act in helping the devotees. I have seen how sincerely she does her work. My wife mentioned that she got inspiration from her to go through this difficult period.
Of course, you (Yadunandana Pada Prabhu) had made the effective way to get the help by putting in the internet and by that many devotees prayed for her recovery and we felt very much relieved by seeing the devotees concern for my wife Lalita. Special thanks to you for doing it in time so we did not have to be in anxiety about advance payment and continuation.
So far actual bill aside from her special diet and others comes to Indian Rs. 30,000/-. Special diet and others so far I have spent 15,000/- but I do not have bills for that so I am unable to ask. This money was for my children’s education in the Gurukula but due to emergency situation I had to pull out and use but now I am unable to pay the fees for the school. If anything could be worked out, it would be very helpful.
We will have to drag this diet and medication for the next six months for her safety we will appreciate if any extra help from devotees or other projects.
I take this opportunity to thank all the devotees who have so generously helped us with prayer or financial donations and I pray to Lord Sri Krishna to bestow his causeless mercy on everyone concerned.
Now my wife is slowly recovering and she is eating and able to walk and sit. The wound is still not healed full. The doctors are working on it and soon it should be ok. I will update you when it is fully ok.
Vrindavan Hospice Project has done great help, which no one here was doing and the Lord will certainly be pleased and reward accordingly.
Please forgive me for any mistakes in this letter.
