I just want to make an observation about Madhu Pandit's recent press release regarding his accountant. This is purely a propaganda piece to inspire his flagging followers after a series of bitter defeats, showing them some victory over ISKCON no matter how small, no matter how insignificant and in this particular case - no matter how untrue - so that they will still follow him to the Supreme Court battle. This current smokescreen will have no impact on the case before the Supreme Court.
What do I mean by untrue?
How can it be untrue if as Madhu Pandit said, his side and ISKCON represented by Dayarama Prabhu battled it out at the ICAI and Dayarama lost. As Madhu Pandit writes:
"The council dismissed the complaint of ISKCON Mumbai represented by Doyaram Dasa and held that Mr. Varadarajan was not guilty of misconduct."
What Madhu Pandit failed to tell everyone is that no one from ISKCON, not Dayarama Prabhu, or anyone else from ISKCON was there to give their side of the story. Why is that, you ask? Because the notice for the ICAI hearing was sent to the wrong address and Dayarama Prabhu never got it, and didn't know about it, hence could not represent ISKCON's side. So you can imagine that since only one side was present, the ICAI literally only heard one side of the story, and Madhu Pandit won by default.
None of this is mentioned by Madhu Pandit. He makes out that after a tough fight, the truth prevailed and he won. No such thing happened. It is just a paper victory that will go up in smoke once ISKCON appeals the case, which should happen by the end of the week. Madhu Pandit's followers should get used to paper smoke. They may be breathing a lot of it in the future.
I want to request the readers to stay tuned in, because in the next few days we will be dropping a little bomb that Madhu Pandit definitely doesn't want his sheep followers to know.
One last thing: Madhu Pandit's camp should have learned how to spell Dayarama's name correctly after all these years. It is Dayarama not Doyaram.
