MP visits ISKCON Soho
By Kallidai Ramesh
London, June 16 2009
"Mark Field, Conservative Member of Parliament from Westminster visited the Hindu temple at Soho Street on 15th June to understand how its Hindu congregation was making a substantial contribution to the local communities. The Radha Krishna ISKCON temple which was established 40 years ago by Swami Prabhupada is the oldest Hindu temple in the city of London.
Receiving Mark Field with a ceremonial Hindu ceremony, Jai Nitai Dasa President of the temple said, "We have a vibrant, progressive and spiritually inspiring Hindu community here in the heart of his constituency for over 40 years."

Now I know the issue of JBDs has come to the fore here on the Sun recently.
Let's have a look at ISKCON Soho.
Kallidai Ramesh is none other than HG Romapada das,
a disciple of HH Gopal Krsna Maharaja.
Should one wish to Google "Kallidai Ramesh", one may view his many positions within the Hindu community.
One of them is the Secretary General of the Hindu Forum of Great Britain.
Jai Nitai das is a disciple of HH Radhanatha Swami.
He is the Temple President of ISKCON Soho.
I will be endeavouring to contact them both.
After reading this article by the above 2 prabhus, I am obliged to ask them both...
just from where did they get the idea that ISKCON Soho was "a Hindu temple"?
Consider the many letters and books of HDG AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, and the instructions contained within,
a small portion of which can be read here, "To Be or Not To Be?"
I have never until several weeks ago heard of "JBDs"
(I lead a very sheltered life),
However…
In view of the above article,
Should I be referring to the above mentioned prabhus as "HBDs" ?
May I ask them both…
Do they consider HDG AC Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada to be an "HBD"?
