One quality of a transcendentalist is that he is never institutionalised, but rather detached, pragmatic, compassionate and broad minded. I could never see Srila Prabhupada, given the history of child abuse in ISKCON, ever give any time to the discussions that Bhakti Vikasa Swami is giving, but rather give full sympathy and time and endorse the thoughtful and credible statements of Sanika prabhu.
I hate to say it, but maybe the Maharaja should get out a bit… In other words, he is becoming far too institutionalised.
We must understand Srila Prabhupada and his heart, and not necessarily assume that everything in the garden is rosy. If sincere devotees make mistakes and admit and rectify
we can be lenient, but keepchildren safely out of the hands of unqualified persons. If such devotees lie and cheat, without admission, that's insincere. We must be very strong, severely chastising them for the good of all.
