An Even Greater Need

If I may comment on the recent article by Anonymous das (ACBSP), "The Greater Need".
Of course... one can sign off on an article as one wishes…
but…
is it not a sign of the ISKCON times when one has to sign off as Anonymous das?
Not just any old Anonymous das but... Anonymous das (ACBSP).
Sadly…
what does this say about the state of Srila Prabhupada's ISKCON...
when one is (for whatever reason) unable to speak freely?
On my part of Planet ISKCON UK, such is the very real nature of our "ISKCON Vaisnava culture ".
ISKCON employees, as some devotees are now known,
are being obliged to sign the ISKCON version of "The Official Secrets Act".
(I actually had to sign such a document when I was 15 years old and went to work in a British Government Royal Ordinance factory.)
Just how many devotees out there have to become "Krishna das "or "Krishna dasi" in order to speak?
One rightly wants to make ISKCON a better, purer society...
but…
would I be correct in saying there appears to be an element of fear in even saying so?
Now…
why is that?
