This is the South Indian bronze from our opening page. We see Lord Nrsimhadev sitting down in a comfortable pose, Hiranyakasipu spread across his lap. The Lord holds mace and chakra, and His hands and feet are very human-like. Hiranyakasipu is clearly seen to be laying across the Lord's lap.
